Enhanced VPD Control Web Framework (SCOPE)

SCOPE, LG Electronics' VPD web framework, had a monolithic structure, manual operation and deployment, basic authentication and authorization, and no test code or automated security checks. This refactoring project with LG Electronics (Aug to Dec 2025) improved the structure and code quality by moving state management to Zustand stores, offloading heavy work to Node.js Worker Threads, automating linting and formatting with ESLint, Prettier, and Husky, and adding code splitting and lazy loading. It also strengthened operations and usability through security testing with Sparrow DAST and OWASP ZAP, Jest tests, a logging setup, and README and API documentation. Joonho Seo supported the development work. The final report lists three Medium-severity OWASP ZAP findings patched, all 11 Jest test cases passing, and documentation for 50 REST APIs.
